An Innocent Mother Killed

    A mother of three has been shot in Salisbury, Maryland on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018.  Erica Gould’s estranged husband, Jameal Rashawn Gould shot and killed her. They had an argument earlier that morning and the husband Jameal was still raged at the argument. He forced himself into Erica’s home and pulled out a gun while continuing looking for her.

    Police said, ”Jameal Rashawn Gould came to Erica Gould’s home to continue an argument which had apparently started earlier Sunday morning.” Once at Erica Gould’s home, “Jameal Rashawn Gould forced his way inside, produced a gun and began to search for Erica Gould,” according to Delamrvanow.com

    He found Erica eventually, and she was outside of the window on the roof hiding from Jameal. After he found her, he began firing shots. He struck Ercia and fled the scene.

     Police said, ”Jameal Rashawn Gould found Erica Gould hiding just outside of an upstairs window on the roof. He fired multiple shots, struck the victim and then fled the home, police said,” says Delmarvanow.com

     This death has made an impact on the shore, Erica was such a beautiful person inside and out. She was against domestic violence and was trying to get her own clinic to help victims dealing with domestic violence get out of their situation.

   “Friends and family say Erica was a substance abuse counselor, and dreamed of opening her own business to help those struggling with addiction, violence, and domestic abuse,” states Wmdt.com

   Family and friends had a vigil yesterday April 3rd, 2018 for Erica just to remember her in a positive way and not how she died. It's a sad time but things will get better as time goes on and with prayer.

   While grievance for Erica is going on her husband Jameal Gould has yet to be found.

    “Police say they're still looking for Erica's estranged husband Jameal Gould, and if anyone has information about the incident or Gould's whereabouts they should contact the Salisbury Police Department at 410-548-3165,” says wmdt.com.
