This years Christmas break has been cut short because weather forecast. The Worcester County Public Schools board of Education decided to cut our Christmas to take precautions in case of snow.

Jennie Tran says, “yes Christmas break should be longer because most people go on vacation or leave the state to visit loved ones and it gives students a well deserved rest from school”.

This year Christmas break in Worcester County is only 8 days and last year the Christmas break was 12 days last year.

This year we come back to school on January the 2nd which is a Wednesday after our 8 day break.

Students need a nice Christmas break to sit back, relax and let there high school stress settle down. This allows students to get mentally ready for the second half of the school year.

Do you think this years break is long enough?
