    Exams are almost here. So is the next semester. Exams are what make or break you. It could cause your grade drop enormously or go up. Here are some tips on how you can prepare yourself for exams.

    The number one tip, is definitely the one you need to follow. Getting a good night's rest is very important. Studies show that when you get a good night’s rest you are more focused and not worried about sleeping.

    The number two tip is, studying before hand. Not only the night before but study at least a week beforehand. Jamming all that information in your head in one night doesn’t help anything the next day. Also don’t study to hard, take some breaks in between the times you study.

    The number three tip is, not having a empty stomach. Make sure you eat something healthy beforehand and drink plenty of water. Not doing those might affect your energy flow. You will also think better if you drink water. It is a must for your brain to work the best. So just make time for eating a healthy snack/meal before the test.

    The fourth tip is, don’t overwhelm yourself. Whether you are currently taking the test or studying for it, overwhelming yourself is not worth it. If you don’t know a answer try to skip and come back. Once you come back to that question, if you still don’t know the answer, make a educated guess. That is the best you can do. Leaving it blank will automatically give you a zero for that question. So you are better off putting some kind of answer.

    These are some of the best tips to follow when you are taking the test, and preparing for the test.
