Secret Santa is a Christmas tradition, where members of a group or community are randomly assigned a person to whom they give a gift. This tradition can also be done during school, if teachers and their students come to an agreement that’d it be something fun to do.

If you don’t know what your classmates like, no problem. Your teacher can hand out a sticky note to each student, so that each student can write a list of 4 or more things they’d like. Nothing too expensive but something that can fit everyone’s budget.

A few gift ideas could be anything, like fuzzy Christmas socks, candy, a gift card, etc. Secret Santa is something that can be done anywhere, whether its at a job, school, or christmas party.

“I like secret Santa. It gives you a chance to connect with people,” said September Morris. “I think small homemade gifts are the best and items that are useable,” she said.

As Morris stated, secret Santa does give people a chance to connect with one another.
